A pin cushion cuff is a perfect gift for any sewer. The directions for making one and the easy to follow photo illustrations show how one can be made in just a short time. I like the puffy top and would most likely look to attach an antique button to the pin cushion top or even a jewelry piece for added bling. Nice project.

I thought you weren't supposed to fill pincushions with polyfil because it dulls pins and needles.
