You hit it right on when you said grand daughter. I love making things for her and this beautiful darling fabric flower headband is going on my list for sure. I keep saying I am going to make these but have not yet. I love the edges on this flower. I can even see this in a couple of sizes side by side to make a flowers across the elastic band to make a crown of flowers for a flower girl or any day. Such a great tutorial that walks you through step by step with pictures too. So grab those scraps and lets get sewing.

This is such a darling project for any little girl, or even big girl, to wear! I have made similar flower headbands and embellished with some pretty buttons or sequins in the center, and some with green leaves using various fabrics for a different look! These make great gifts, and extra cute for a baby girl shower too! Make them smaller and you can create a bracelet using the same process! Super!
