Great ruffled scarf and it is so easy with this tutorial. Has some great ideas on using the elastic as thread. I have always been afraid to use it but this inspires my to try it again. This ruffled look is so cool looking and I can see alot of different patterns of fabric to make this a great scarf. This will make a great gift for any age. Anyone make any? Let's see pictures Please.

The use of elastic thread is good but I would use silk or a silk like fabric and not cut it so wide.
