This is adorable but I don't really understand one of the instructions (Cut 1 piece waist size + 4 x 4...)

Sorry i'm literally 5 years late, but "waist size" is your waist in inches. Belts have to be slightly longer than your waist size to fit. So if your waist is 30 inches long, your belt would be 34 inches long. (hopefully this helps someone!)
