I want to make something different for my granddaughter for the 4th of July instead of just a plain old tank because that is all you can find in stores. What a great idea to make this halter so simple easy and fun. I really like the ruffle on the bottom too. If you do not like the halter style you can just put a ruffle on the bottom of a tank top too and you can even add an applique on tank. I just have one question what did the blogger sew the straps too? Anyone know? Great little top.
