Love the timeless tomato pincushion. This one is just charming in a polka dot fabric. No pattern needed, just follow the instructions that give all dimensions, how to stuff the pincushion, add some charm and give it the familiar shape. Great scrap fabric sewing project. Instructions show this as a gift giving idea with a packet of tomato seeds! Perfect.

What! Really . It is that easy and so simple to follow these instructions on how to make this pin cushion and to use an old T-shirt fabulous. Great way to teach your child how to sew and recycle at the same time. This pin cushion can be displayed in sight to hold your pins because it looks like a home decor. I need to make one so my pins do not get scattered all over.

Hi, New to your website, love it so far especially your pin cushion. It looks like the pumpkins i saw and loved at a recent craft fair. I'm going to try making it in orange print with a branch for a stem to see how it comes out. Thanks for the great ideas and patterns.

This pincushion made my day! When I was a little girl my grandmother had a pincushion just like this one made up to look like a blueberry. The leaves were the giveaway - I remembered the shape. Hers were made out of satin blanket edging. I never knew what happened to that berry- now I will make my own. Thanks!!

After I had my first child my sister gave me a set of no. 2 knitting needles and I still use the pink and yellow ball I knit for the baby as a pincushion. Thanks, Linda
