I just made two of these adorable hooded towels in 3 hours. I didn't have any knit fabric and live out of town so decided to use my baby flannel. They turned out so sweet I can't wait to give them to my friend that is a new grandma. The pattern is very well written and easy to follow. I wrote a thank you note to the author and said I have never worked with knit, but can't wait. I know with how well written the pattern is, I will have a nice gift at the end.

Hooded baby towels are so welcome when it comes to bath time for baby. This is a great gift idea as well. I have made several for grandbabies in my family. To save time and sewing effort, I purchase ready-made terry bath towels and matching or contrasting face towels (wait for a great store sale) and use those to made the hooded towels.
