Cute idea to add ruffles to the front of a T-shirt! Now the shirt has an Anthropologie flair to it. This is a great embellishment to a plain T-shirt as it really adds a feminine touch. The instructions show how easy it is to do although it does require two Ts to duplicate this idea.
