This is a great sewing project to make a new ironing board cover. I like to sew a new one every few months along with the change of seasons. A new cover brightens any sewing room area. The tutorial was easy to follow. The inch elastic to thread through the casing to tighten the cover to the ironing board is essential to create the smooth ironing surface.
