Oh dear sorry to see that you are offended by the sight of a lady with a nice figure in a tight skirt! If you follow on through to the tutorial the instructions given tell you all about how to make it tight like the picture, or looser - depending on your own style and how you like to wear your skirt. Just because your personal preference might be different, no need to be rude.
