A super great idea and so easy to get a great look. This is so pretty. I love the ribbons around the bottom of the skirt and a great way to dress old or new skirt up. I will be looking for some skirts and yard sales to use. Anyone got any pictures of ones they made yet?

I love the contrast of the stark white with the bright neon colors. It's such a cheerful look!
