This is such a stunning skirt. I made a few pencil skirts for my daughter-in-law but never thought about using lace for it.This skirt is so stunning and can be worn to work,church or an evening out.This tutorial makes it so simply easy. I also loved the added bonus on dying the fabric if you can not find color you like. Never would have thought to do that. How many have pencil skirts in their closets?
