Happy Button Tote Bag Sewing Pattern

"Create your own stylish button bag by the following step-by-step instructions for this cute tote bag. A great use for your button stash! This bag is simple and easy to make but completely unique. Show off your family heirloom buttons. Will you choose brightened, very different buttons, or neutrally toned? The bag itself is made from one piece of fabric. Mark out a grid with tailors chalk and a quilting ruler, then stitch in a complimentary thread. This makes a great showcase for your personal button choice. The inside is lined with a simple slip pocket ideal for your mobile phone."

Oooohhh, I love anything that uses old buttons! With several tins of vintage and mismatched buttons available to most avid sewers, this project is a winner! Use up those buttons and create a one of a kind unique work of art! I have made similar projects and have added a bit of clear craft glue to the bottom and the thread top of the button for extra stability! Great idea! .
