Eagle Creek Fire Quilt

"My Eagle Creek Fire Quilt was inspired by a forest fire in my area last year. I wanted to show the resilience of the trees and river against the flames. While an abstract design, this quilt is easy to sew, as it’s made up of strips. The color and cutting chart is included in the post on my blog. If you don’t want the fire, I think this same design would look great with a black background with a few stars added!"
